Traditional Metal Braces

Ceramic Braces
Designed using state of the art CAD modeling and computerized simulation resulting in improved mechanical strength, Empower® 2 Clear Brackets uses polycrystalline material formulated to deliver uncompromising strength without compromising the aesthetic clarity of the bracket. They offer similar function to traditional metal braces while being clear in colour and much less noticeable.

Clear Aligners - Invisalign
Clear aligners are removable, Custom-made, clear plastic trays that move teeth and correct the bite as patients progress through the series of trays.

Lingual Braces
As opposed to being glued onto the outside surface of the teeth, these brackets are fixed to the inside (tongue side, hence the name lingual) surface of the teeth. As a result, it is virtually invisible, yet still retains the advantage of fixed braces where patients do not need to worry about forgetting to wear their appliances.

Traditional Metal Braces
Traditional metal braces are a combination of small metal brackets, wire, and adhesive. Individual metal brackets are glued to the teeth to act as a handle to direct the force exerted from the metal wire to move teeth and change bite. Over time, the dental wire is incrementally adjusted to ease teeth into their final position
By far the most common type of orthodontic appliance, traditional metal braces have been a common option for decades. Meta braces can be decorated with custom-coloured rubber ties for a uniquely individual touch.

Clear Aligners - Invisalign
Invisalign® clear aligners are a fantastic choice for anyone who wants to undergo treatment with minimal impact on their daily lives. The Invisalign® clear aligner system is a popular choice for many patients in Surrey.
Invisalign® provides a virtually invisible alternative to traditional braces in the form of a custom-made aligner that is completely removable. Your treatment plan is customized and designed for your specific condition and treatment goals. A series of clear aligners are manufactured according to the doctor’s design and delivered to the patient. As patients progress through the aligners, their teeth and bite are gently and gradually guided into the new desired position.
The aligners can be easily removed from the mouth; you can still floss and brush as usual while undergoing treatment.
Lingual Braces
Lingual braces are functionally similar to traditional metal braces; however, lingual braces are attached to the inside surface (tongue side, hence the name lingual) of the teeth instead of the outside surface. Being behind the teeth makes them almost invisible when you smile, yet it still retains the advantage of fixed braces where patients do not need to worry about forgetting to wear their appliances.

Self-Ligating Braces: SmartClip®
SmartClip braces offer an attractive alternative to stainless steel metal braces. SmartClip uses a self-ligating system that provides computer-designed, nickel-titanium metal alloy brackets that are customized specifically for your mouth. These braces are comfortable to wear and take less time than traditional braces in enhancing your smile.
Self-Ligating Braces: Clarity®
Clarity braces are self-ligating and are composed of highly durable, translucent ceramic. Some of the advantages of self-ligation Clarity braces are that you will often require fewer orthodontic appointments; the smooth, molded bracket design enables you to maintain good oral hygiene and enjoy a comfortable fit; each bracket is custom designed to fit each tooth individually; and you will see results in less time than traditional metal braces.
Self-Ligating Braces: In-ovation®
In-ovation braces are self-ligating and do not require the use of elastics or ties. These braces are smooth, have a lower profile than other self ligating braces, and are uniquely designed for your teeth and your mouth.
